The Withers employment team has created this calculator to help you determine your holiday entitlement as a part-time employee in a particular year, taking into account public holidays (in England and Wales) and individual working patterns. It is designed for employers:
- who operate a standard 5 day week (Monday to Friday) but close on public holidays;
- whose part-time employees have set working days; and
- who wish to ensure that part-time employees have a fair (pro-rata) allocation of holiday entitlement.
